They were a little bit strict on the mask wearing. Hurricane Isaias came through that night and we lost power at the machines in the casino a couple of times.

Then we moved to my mother and aunt's room. She was super nice but also told us next time to report it first thing so they could close down the room and move us to another suite.

Next day at check out in the VIP I showed the lady our pictures and she was able to get in touch with a supervisor who then took money off our cost of the suite. We decided to wait until the next day to report them since we didn't really want to have to mess with it all that night. The curtains in our room were all slashed up which I took pictures of and then the bar in the shower that was holding the towel broke when we took the towel off. Got to the suite and there was some problems. I was able to check in at the VIP counter because of our suite and then she also checked me in for the rooms. We had booked a petite suite for me and my husband for the 3rd and then I had 2 free nights so I booked those for the 3rd for my mom and aunt and then 4th for all 4 of us. Stayed in the Grand Pequot Tower both nights. Took my aunt and my mom for her birthday.
